Very clean. Really cool atmosphere in a historic building. Staff was so helpful and kind. We got here last minute and the hostess moved us to a quieter room when we were concerned about hallway noise. Breakfast was fresh and the staff are constantly cleaning surfaces. Location is awesome.
Great location, price for the nite I was staying in the city. I was hoping to stay for 3 nights, but the room wasn't available for all stays, so I had to do a hotel switch across the street. Just that I didn't need to take my luggage around much. The stay included breakfast with typical meals, which was enjoyable. The room was rather aged, but it was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Just be noted, there is a small flight of stairs from the street to the first floor of the elevator, so u will need to be able to carry ur luggage UP
Last year, we stayed here for our visit to Porto, Portugal, and it is definitely a place that we will stay next time. The hotel has its own character, and you could appreciate the history of the building. The location was excellent and within walking distance to many tourist attractions and to other places that are worthy of visiting. The service was awesome! We communicated using a little bit of Portuguese and Spanish, and the front desk person was patient, polite and made very good suggestions of places to visit.
